Refund policy
Each map product is not pre-made and is individually produced to order for the customer. For all products that are not personalized (standard configuration, map language German) and not declared as "custom-made," we grant a voluntary right of revocation for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
1. Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you use this online function, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information about the content of the revocation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

5. Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
6. Right of Retention
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
7. Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
8. Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of return for goods that cannot be normally returned to us by post due to their nature (freight goods / bulky goods) are estimated at a maximum of about 60 euros per such item (return costs depend on the size of the goods). For returns outside Germany, costs may be higher depending on the country.
You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

10. Regulation for vouchers
The right of withdrawal no longer exists if the voucher has already been fully redeemed. In the case of partial redemption, withdrawal is also excluded because the service has already been partially provided. A refund of the remaining value will not be made in this case.
11. Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalized items).
Refusing to accept such goods does not replace exercising a valid right of withdrawal and does not automatically cancel the contract.
