Production times
Our products are handcrafted and made to order. They are not stock items! Therefore, we need a bit more time than usual. You can find the production times on the respective product page as well as in the shipping information below.
If you need it faster, we offer optional Priority Production (for an additional fee): Your order is taken out of the standard production process and handled as a priority.
→ All stated delivery times are approximate. In individual cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
Shipping methods & delivery times
→ Parcel items up to 80 cm side length:

→ Freight items over 90 cm side length:

→ Accessories (shipped separately):

We do not deliver to parcel lockers or post offices.

Delivery times
Shipping of freight items is handled by our partner GoExpress – as an Overnight service. This means: once the goods leave us, they will be with you by the next morning. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00. Shortly after your order is placed, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date so you can plan the delivery accordingly. On the day of shipping, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Requested delivery dates
Unfortunately, for logistical and organizational reasons, we are unable to offer the scheduling of requested delivery dates.
First delivery attempt failed?
No problem! If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful – for example, because no one was at home or because there were problems with the delivery (which can unfortunately happen from time to time) – we will then send you the contact details of the responsible GO! station.
Please arrange a new delivery date directly with GO! We can also quickly clarify any issues relating to the delivery this way.
After the first delivery attempt, you can also give GO! permission to leave the parcel in a specified place. Please note that we must approve this authorization for insurance reasons.
If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us after 7 working days from the first delivery attempt, as is customary. A completely new shipment will incur additional costs ranging from 40.00 euros to 190.00 euros, depending on the size of the goods and the delivery country. These costs must be borne by the buyer.

* Note on deliveries to non-EU countries / customs information:
Delivery is made according to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). Our prices therefore do not include customs duties, import charges, or foreign taxes that may be incurred when delivering to a non-EU country. These costs must be paid directly by the customer to the responsible customs or tax authorities or the logistics company there. We recommend our customers inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

MeinEinkauf.ch pays the Swiss VAT, takes care of customs and clearance fees, and sends the package to your personal address in Switzerland.
Please note, that for a strap measure of 400 cm ((height + width) x 2 + longest side) you must submit a special request to MeinEinkauf. For logistical reasons, we ship canvas and accessories separately, and it must also be clarified whether additional costs apply at MeinEinkauf – maybe the direct ordering route is ultimately cheaper?
