Production times
Our products are handmade and produced to order. They are not stock items! Therefore, we need a little more time than usual. You can find the production times on the respective product page as well as in the shipping information below.
If you need it faster, we offer an optional Priority Production: Your order will be prioritized and separated from the usual production processes.
→ All stated delivery times are approximate. In individual cases, delays may occur over which we have no control.
Shipping methods & shipping times
→ Parcel goods up to and including 80 cm side length:
DHL, GLS, DPD, UPS
→ Freight goods from 90 cm side length:
GoExpress
→ Accessories (shipped separately):
Deutsche Post, DHL
We do not deliver to parcel lockers or post offices.

Delivery times
Shipping of freight goods is handled by our partner GoExpress – as a Overnight service. This means: once the goods leave us, they will be with you by the next morning. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00. Shortly after your order is received, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date. This way, you can plan the delivery as best as possible. On the day of shipping, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
→ Please understand that, for logistical and organizational reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer scheduling of preferred delivery dates.
First delivery attempt failed?
No problem! If the first delivery attempt fails – for example, because no one was home or there were issues with the delivery (which can unfortunately happen occasionally) – we will then send you the contact details of the responsible GoExpress station.
Please arrange a new delivery date directly with GoExpress. This way, any possible issues regarding the delivery can be quickly resolved if necessary.
Alternatively, you can grant GoExpress permission to leave the package. Please note that we must also agree to this for insurance reasons.
All delivery attempts failed?
If all delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us 7 working days after the first delivery attempt. A completely new shipment will incur additional costs, which vary between €40.00 and €190.00 depending on the size of the goods and the delivery country.

Note on deliveries to non-EU countries / customs information:
Delivery is made according to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). Our prices therefore do not include customs duties, import charges, or foreign taxes that may be incurred when delivering to a non-EU country. These costs must be paid directly by the customer to the responsible customs or tax authorities or the logistics company there. We recommend our customers inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

How it works: Instead of shipping directly to you, we send the goods to MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch pays the Swiss VAT, takes care of customs and clearance fees, and sends the package to your personal address in Switzerland.
Please note, that for a strap measure of 400 cm ((height + width) x 2 + longest side) you must submit a special request to MeinEinkauf. For logistical reasons, we ship canvas and accessories separately, and it must also be clarified whether additional costs apply at MeinEinkauf – maybe the direct ordering route is ultimately cheaper?
